By using skventuresgroup.in or engaging SK Ventures Group for services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Services

We provide digital marketing services including website design and development, search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media and content, WhatsApp marketing, email and automation marketing, data analytics and political campaign management. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal or quotation.

Quotations and payment

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects typically begin on receipt of an advance, with the balance due as set out in the proposal.
• Advertising budgets, hosting, domains, licences and third-party tool costs are billed separately from our service fees unless explicitly bundled.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing content, approvals, access and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in these areas shift project deadlines accordingly.

Results and expectations

We commit to professional effort, transparent reporting and adherence to platform best practice. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, advertising returns, follower counts, enquiry volumes or election outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including competition, platform algorithm changes, market conditions and your own operations.

Compliance

All campaigns we deliver follow the applicable platform policies and Indian law. For political work, clients remain responsible for compliance with Election Commission of India guidelines and applicable model code of conduct requirements in force at the relevant time.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. We retain ownership of our own frameworks, tools, templates and pre-existing material, and we may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality

We treat client strategies, data and internal discussions as confidential. For political campaigns we work with only one campaign per constituency.

Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already completed and committed third-party costs remain payable. Advances on project work are non-refundable once work has begun, though any unused portion of a budget is accounted for.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Karnataka having jurisdiction.
